• Any cancellation initiated by the client may incur charges, including non-refundable deposits or cancellation fees.
• Versetra is not responsible for losses due to changes or cancellations imposed by hotels, airlines, or external vendors.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate information for bookings and guest details
• Comply with immigration, travel, and safety protocols
• Respond promptly to confirmation and clarification requests
• Adhere to payment timelines and contractual terms

Versetra will not be held responsible for issues arising from client-side delays or misinformation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, service descriptions, and branding — is the property of Versetra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
