- GST-compliant invoices and consolidated billing will be provided as required.
- Delayed payments may be subject to penalties as per contract terms.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policies will vary depending on service type and third-party vendor policies.
- Any cancellation initiated by the client may incur charges, including non-refundable deposits or cancellation fees.
- Versetra is not responsible for losses due to changes or cancellations imposed by hotels, airlines, or external vendors.
- Specific cancellation terms will be included in your service agreement or booking confirmation.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate information for bookings and guest details
- Comply with immigration, travel, and safety protocols
- Respond promptly to confirmation and clarification requests
- Adhere to payment timelines and contractual terms
Versetra will not be held responsible for issues arising from client-side delays or misinformation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, service descriptions, and branding — is the property of Versetra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Versetra will make every reasonable effort to deliver services with precision and professionalism. However, we are not liable for:
